Top of PCB, notice 3 LED's bottom right and sensor used to read water meter position. Reed switch on the top to detect magnetic tampering? Antenna mounted on the right side.

RF circuitry on the bottom of PCB, unlabeled IC is TLMW301.
Can't seem to find a datasheet for this IC
